This page explains what Quillen & Faircloth PLLC collects through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and whatever you write. Our website host also keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you, to check for conflicts of interest and, if you become a client, to open your matter. We don’t sell it or share it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Only the services that run this site and our email, under their own confidentiality terms, and anyone the law requires us to share it with.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that don’t become matters are deleted after two years. Client files are kept as the rules of professional conduct require.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what you’ve sent us by writing to hello@quillenfaircloth.com.
