For a company with a few employees and a steady stream of small legal questions. One monthly fee, one lawyer who knows the business.
Run is for the questions that are too small to hire a lawyer for one at a time and too costly to get wrong: an offer letter, a new lease, a customer who won’t pay, a policy for the handbook. You email or call; we answer the same week. Every quarter we spend an hour on what’s coming next for the company.

One monthly fee for up to six hours of work. We tell you before we pass six and quote the rest.
How you pay
Billed on the first of each month. Cancel with 30 days’ notice.
Not in the fee: lawsuits and court appearances, or buying or selling the company.

What if a month needs more than six hours?
We tell you before we pass six hours and quote the rest. Unused hours carry over for one month.
Does Run cover a lawsuit?
No. If the company is sued or needs to sue, we tell you what it involves and either quote it or refer you to a litigator we trust.
Can we stop?
Yes, with 30 days’ notice. There’s no minimum term.
