Reading this site, calling the office or writing to us through the form does not make us your lawyers. We represent a client only after we have checked for conflicts of interest and both sides have signed an engagement letter that names the work and the fee.

Fees and packages

The packages on this site describe the work each one lists and how its fee is set. Government filing fees, registered-agent service and the cost of outside experts are separate. The engagement letter for your matter controls over anything on this site.
